C的with account of的模式属于wordy and awkward；used作为分词定语修饰对象不是十分清楚，当然，从逻辑上讲似乎应该是修饰accounts的，而with account of和used for a basis本身又有意思上的重复，所以，还是wordy and awkward。

with本身隱涵use的意思! 例句:I open the door with the key. 所以在這句裡有with又有use犯了redundancy的錯誤!(個人淺見)
