标题: 分享面经:Tepper, Owen, UNC, Madison, UCLA, Tuck
再分享多几个interview面经，上次分享过Notre dame，wustl olin, psu smeal的，有需要的小伙伴可以自己去找，真心希望可以帮到追梦的小伙伴们！

楼主有点没节操，申请了好些个，有些人申请4-5个，上次遇到个只申请2个的大神，说不喜欢的不想去。楼主没那么任性，抱着誓死出去的心态，除了自己喜欢的，免申请费的啊，专业方向强的啊，保底的啊都申请了。幸运的是，收到面试比率挺高，把面经都整理了，大家追梦都不易，我已经走过了，就更深深理解还走在路上的小伙伴，希望能帮助到大家！

CMU Tepper: (一个白人中年女性，做介绍的时候说了名字，不记得了，也没有邮件联系过，因此名字无法告知了，30分钟整）
下面的问题包含了我自己搜集的面经，我面试的问题基本涵盖，但会有些针对个人经历的detail追问。
1，go through resume。
2，Short/long term goal。然后是plan b是啥。
3，teamwork，如何support each other。
4，失败的leadership经验。
5，international exp。
6，why tepper。
7，A time when my supervisor was not very supportive of me and how I handled it.
8，what's your contribution if you are the team member?
9，Elaborate a little more on your graduate education if you have a Master degree.
10，How do you convince the old school guys the importance of analytical abilities in making management decisions ?
11，Tell me an example where you had a under performing colleague and how did you deal with it ?
12，Tell me an example where you had conflict with senior management and how did you solve it ?
13，What difficulty is your organization facing
14，One incident where you worked with senior team. How did you work and how did you learn
15，Any situation where I worked over something I had little knowledge about. How did I cope with it./ How did you learn things that your job demanded but undergrad didn't provide?
16，Tell me about a time when you helped other people attain their goals.
17，hobbies
18, exp to fulfill the gap with different people/cultures

Vandy Owen (Christie面试的，人非常nice，非压力型面试，大概40分钟，不过没聊几个问题，估计是我自己有些问题聊超时了，对方还不停互动，所以问题不多）

4, Whatdid you learn from your past working experience

UNC (校友Ye Hua面试的，无压力聊天，看不出表情，不过他说校友面试是一种对学校的宣传，对录取没有太大影响，我揣测不出他的意思）
1, why mba
2, why UNC, have you talked to anybody of UNC?
3, career goal
4, what concentration will you choose in UNC?
5, leadership example
6, teamwork example
7, what is the most difficult part of the examples and how to solve it?
8, what is your understanding about operations and supply chain?
9, Q & A

Wisconsin Madison (Nevin Jack面试的，是个supply chain方向的教授）
这个面试很诡异，我准备了面经都没用上。除了我简单的自我介绍之后，基本上就是对方絮絮叨叨的自己在那review我的简历，跟我聊学校，我只能找机会插缝搭话了。
末了问我你的英语咋这么好，中国学生英语都不行啊，你是怎么学的。天地良心，楼主英语真心普通，唯一一个特点就是楼主语速快。曾经有个爱讲英语的同学非用英语跟我聊天，我对答如流了一会儿，他跟我说你讲英语的语病好多。。。我觉得nevin可能没啥面试经验，问不出啥问题了。

UCLA Anderson ( 二年级学生面试，跟我不是一个背景，问题都挺常规的，也挺爱互动的，对方有些回应，所以问题不算多。30分钟多点吧）
1, go through your resume
2, why mba
3, career goal and why you choose ucla to achieve your career goal?
4, your target company
5, leadership exp
6, international exp
7, the most constructive feedback you got and how you handle it
8, what you did to make you most proud
9, q&a

Dartmouth Tuck (二年级学生面试，全程无表情无互动，就是不停问问题, 特别多的行为事例方面的问题，还追问细节，30分钟整）
1, introduce yourself
2, why mba, why tuck
3, career goal
4, what you will contribute to tuck
5, failure exp
6, conflict in the job and how to handle it (我没太明白问题的目的，就讲了个工作中与上面老板的不同意见，然后怎么搞定的）
7, challenge in the job
8, teamwork exp
9,achievement, your biggest achievement in the job or life
10, your leardership style and experience (上面几个都属于行为事例方面的问题，当时突然觉得类似例子快要用光了的感觉，就拿一些其他的例子从不同角度谈了谈）
11, strengh and weakness
12, 3 words to describe yourself
13, q&a

大家有心情就顶顶帖子，这样更显眼，方便后面的小伙伴更容易看到。最后，best best luck!

我在tepper那段说了，tepper那个里面包含了我之前搜集的面经，不光是我自己的；我面试的时候大年初二，happy的忘记了整理问题了，然后就对自己的问题有点失忆了。
