此题答案应为B，now draws on the works of contemporary Hispnicauthors, both those who liveabroad and those who live

我的问题是，它的答案解释说忽略原句中括号里内容的其它错误，A主要还错在是个run-on sentence.为什么？不是有连词AND吗
