所以conclude:可以improve forcast


问削弱。



我看不出来C可以削弱。

意思是除了sunspot activity 的其他现象可以让科学家预测到基于sunspot activity 上的预测结果。


也就是说科学家不需要专注与sunspot activity 这个现象,却可以得出专注这个现象相同的结果。,


因此One can conclude that meteorologists will be able to improve their weather forecasts based on this information.


文章的CONCLUSION说我们需要重视这个信息就被削弱了,因为有没有这个信息,都不会改变预测的结果。
