我认为应该选C。A、B、D都有一个问题，即 it指代问题，要么指代错误，要么指代不清，还有，B、D、E用的是被动语态，没有主动语态好，另外，E中的词组错误： the breakup ....was to be into

做这道题的时候，我也在A、C之间徘徊了好久。
最后我是从语义的逻辑性来排除A的：
在日本，有一个咨询委员会号召将NTTC解体，因此NTTC将成为XXXX.
这两句话之间是有GAP的，难道它一号召，就会解体么？这句话的语义表达不对。

后面是two companies and one provider（复数）, 如果做表语，它所对应的主语不应该是单数it。后面是it would be 的都不对，排除A,B,D。

剩下C和E，谁会选E呢。。
