我认为应该选C。A、B、D都有一个问题,即  it指代问题,要么指代错误,要么指代不清,还有,B、D、E用的是被动语态,没有主动语态好,另外,E中的词组错误:  the breakup ....was to be into

做这道题的时候,我也在A、C之间徘徊了好久。
最后我是从语义的逻辑性来排除A的:
在日本,有一个咨询委员会号召将NTTC解体,因此NTTC将成为XXXX.
这两句话之间是有GAP的,难道它一号召,就会解体么?这句话的语义表达不对。

后面是two companies and one provider(复数), 如果做表语,它所对应的主语不应该是单数it。后面是it would be 的都不对,排除A,B,D。

剩下C和E,谁会选E呢。。
