GWD Q-2 是B。。。
一般都是from...to...用法，现在出现不一致，怎么解的。08语法笔记超赞，但这个 to ...from 好难理解····

用语意解题，B的 its share of the $21 billion book market in the country， in the country可以修饰its share of the $21 billion book market，它的在这个国家的XX的份额。
而原意的 the country’s $21billion book market 指的是这个国家的 book market，E与之意思一致。
to ...from的顺序在GMAT中并没有明确指出为错，可以理解为强调 to10 percent。
