it seems not a rational idea.
1。法学院第一年的学习,即使是你全部时间都投进去,都觉得不够用,特别是英语是second language的。想边读书边打工的想法不现实
2。20万人民币只能够够极少数法学院一年的学费多数法学院学费都要3万美金以上
所以如果不申请奖学金自己到美国去打工读书,这样的道路是否能够走的通呢-----------no
Part-time job in 2L and 3L would probably help you with living expenses, but no way for tuitions and fees. Loaning money from relatives or private finance is what many people do. You may consider this option though.

As far, i havn't heard about anyone taking this road. However, you know what, if i were not sure if i can find a way to finance my study, i would not start doing it. What if i toil on the test for months, go through the annoying application process and then i find myself choked by money!
there is still a gambling strategy though. say if you get a stellar score on LSAT and get enough financial aid from some school--it is not impossible. i know Chinese student who made it. Or run for it and think out the way-out when you have to.
You weigh the odds.
Why not LL.M. in the US? You still can take bar exam in a couple of states.
