72. Large national budget deficits do not cause large trade deficits. If they did, countries with the largest budget deficits would also have the largest trade deficits. E为什么不对？og的解释是it is consistent with the passage that countries with the largest trade deficits sometimes have similarly large budget deficits.这当然consistent 了，可是这个infer的题目不就是找与题目consistent的答案么？再就是never have similarly居然是sometimes have similarly的意思了？糟糕了，我的英语这么差啊？

文章的意思就是NATIONAL BUDGET 和TRADE DEFICIT没有太多的必然关系，C就对了

(C) Reducing a country’s national budget deficit will not necessarily result in a lowering of any trade deficit that country may have.

降低NATIONAL BUDGET不必然得导致降低TRADE DEFICIT.

(E) Countries with the largest trade deficits never have similarly large national budget deficits

看不出文章哪里有推出这样的逻辑. 文章只否定了这两者的必然联系，并没有说两者不能同时高或低。
