(E) 部分的改变不能代表全体的average
E是无关的，CARS里究竟包括不包括trucks and vans ,文章没说，你也不知道。
可能包括，也可能不包括。另外也没有EVIDENCE说生产低,卖得少.
C这样的解释在OG,大全,GWD都有类似的题目，无非就是车换成了楼,或者收入，比如说低价的楼卖得少了，但是平均价格却上升了，因为高价得楼没有卖少，平均一下，价格自然就上了，类似的还有富人和穷人。记得这样的题目看到过4,5次了。
