中的from the public感觉怪怪的。一般都是写作withhold the identities of its sources of intelligence information from the public吧。请问这种提前到动词后面的做法，有什么特别含义么？

这里应该是位置提前，一是因为"the identities of its sources of intelligence information"太长，这种提前在英语里很常见；二是避免歧义，withhold the identities of its sources of intelligence information from the public，是withhold...from the public，还是identities/soucres/information from the public?
