标题: In @ HBS 面试总结
昨天收到HBS的通知了，之前一直很忙又不想误导大家，所以现在才发面经。

背景：美前三 Engineering School 本科四年，GPA 3.4， GMAT 740，大型知名High Tech 公司 3年工程师加Project Lead，女，大学到工作期间非常多课外活动，大学期间兼职工程类startup工作四年。

我是在学校面的。面试节奏很快，我被问了30 多个近四十个问题，大部分都是问细节的followup questions。哈佛面试没有对错，我觉主要考验逻辑思维，以及你是否撒谎。学校准备了一整天的活动给大家，我推荐去面试的同学提前一天参加活动，这些活动对面试是有帮助的。下面我会说为什么。

两位面试官，一个看过我全套申请资料，是我的主面试官，一个只看过简历，负责记录。但记录管和主面试官都会笔头不停地写东西，看表。每一题回答的时间好像也会被写下来。下面是主要的问题，其它follow-up问题就不放出来了。面试官打断我很多次，问细节问题。面试官会一直微笑，非常nice，但你绝对看不出她是否真喜欢你。
1. So introduce yourself
这里我陈述了选专业，选学校，选工作的原因。
2. What kind of differences have you observed between the two companies that you have worked for?
3. What did you do on your first job?
4. Tell me about this project you lead.
5. Explain the low GPA.
5. What do you do on your current job?
6. What is your day like at work?
7. What you love about your job and what you dont like the most about your job.
8. How do you think that your second company can improve?
9. What do you learned at your current job?
10. What do you want to get from HBS and what can you contribute?
I talked abou the class visit/case method and what I loved about them.
11. What is a misconception that people have about you?
12. What else do you want me to know?
只要是简历中不make sense的东西他们好像都问了。面试官昨天给我挂电话，提了她觉得我impressed到她的细节。我觉应该是我最终被录取的原因。不过这个非常personalized，我觉得对其他人应该不适用。如果有R2.R3 拿到HBS面试的，想问更多细节的话，欢迎私信我。

My Alma Mater is mostly famous for engineering, and besides that it is nothing even close to Caltech. I am a hardware gal, so Google is not my thing. I think my general background is fairly common.

应该是CALTECH, MIT, 至于第三应该是CMU, UIUC, GTECH中的一所。
