我明白了！
这个题还是应该是因果类。
结论：公司能够有效率的为这种趋势做准备
前提：这种新技术的趋势太快，使得工人们当前的技术快速的被淘汰。现在至少需要在五年内有新的技术。
问加强。因果题将前提和选项放在一起分析，能够使得结论成立就OK。前提中限制了5年，和新技术，所以应该去掉ABCD。
