标题: 2014/11/28 中欧 CEIBS MBA R1 面经终于还是出炉了
第一轮面试结束了。。过去的半个多月，每天都要来刷一次CD，就是希望有兄弟姐妹能分享下今年R1的经验，自己可以参考下今年的问题趋势，千等万等，可惜直到自己面完几天了也没等到。。

我还是积下RP，自己来分享吧

以供大家参考

背景：本科文学专业，职位是跨国电商的管理培训生，专精于omnichannel digital marketing，讲五门语言，有过北美，南美和亚洲一些国家的生活学习经历，目前在洛杉矶工作，选择了skype面试

面试官：一位资深招生办老师，一位西班牙的管理学教授

时间：40分钟

面试问题：
1.       Brief introduction of yourself.
2.       Why e-commerce?
3.       Why this company?
4.       Advices for people who want to enter this industry.
5.       How did you get transferred to LA?
6.       Small talking conversation with the professor in Spanish for couple minutes.
7.       As a graduate in literature, how did you get 51 in quant part of GMAT?
8.       Why CEIBS? Why not M7 schools?
9.       You liked NYC a lot, why SH over NYC?
10.    Why do you choose to give up American green card?
11.    Why now? Why not stay longer in LA?
12.    How do you manage your subordinates?
13.    A very detailed professional question about digital marketing.
14.    Any questions for us?
15.    Conversation about the admission results in early December.
