这个题目是“演绎推理”。文段中其实没有结论，都是一些现象。咱们在判断推理方式的时候，必须要先找到前提和结论才能判断推理方式。这是因为，推理方式，定义的就是前提和结论之间的关系。如果题目中没有结论，那么自然是属于“演绎推理”这一类的。

题目其实问的也比较直白。问说，下列哪一项让公司更好的去应对快速过时的技术。E的意思是，给员工做技术培训。显然地，给员工定期做技术培训，能让员工学会新的技术，自然可以应对快速过时的老技术，增加公司的竞争力。
