whose 只能修饰人吗？能不能修饰国家或者是地点？！？！？！？！
我记得好像可以但是太模糊了记忆 !!
求救！！！！！！！！

whose 人，物，都可以修饰。在设计具体国家和地点时最好不要用whose。比如，I do not like the country whose people are barbaric. 表达不如 I do not like the country in which people are barbaric. 来的地道。

while “who” and “whom” always refer to people, the possessive pronoun “whose” can apply either to people to inanimate things.
