Hi,

I don't understand why the answer for v1 is 0.3
I can't figure out the denominator....
can anyone show me a step-by-step calcuation?

my understanding
only 3 ways works, out of 16 combinations.
++,xx, x/

shouldn't it be 3/16? why 0.3?
