Of course it helps if it's a big company that they've heard of. But it also depends on what you did exactly. For example, if you worked at a boutique, but you were on the deal team. That's better hands on experience.

我的问题是国内大券商由于外国人不太知道是不是和国内小公司没神马区别呢，但是国内大投行就是大券商啊，况且GS MS神马的都是beijing shanghai office 对吧业务范围还不如券商广泛呢，但是问题是大券商能被作为牛实习么外加S&T和IBD哪个更有竞争力呢在申请帮助上
