UIUC面试今年有没有安排BY PHONE,只收到CAMPUS INTERVIEW要求,怎么办?有人拿到OFFER?

Which school do you prefer? UW is really slow. I got a school's interview invitation only one week after I sent applications. But UW...Already one monthes later, there is no news.

very general questions!

I prepared the interview according to the following:

Interview questions

Experience:
-Describe your career progression to date
-Describe your responsibilities and a typical day in your work life
-Describe a significant team effort you are involved
-Describe a situation in which you play a leadership role
-Describe a significant decision you have made at work

MBA
-Why MBA
-Why now
-Why this school
-Which area(s) to concentrate
-How can you contribute to your class

Career goals
-Immediately after MBA (short short-term)
-5 years out (short-term)
-10 years out (long-term)

About Yourself
-Strengths and weaknesses(note they can be asked in many ways, and there are traps, any comment, Joy??)
-Hobbies and interests

How many and what other schools have u applied? Why? What do they have in common?
Questions for interviewer

The following is some general advice for MBA interview

1 Set your communication objectives (marketing message)

An example:

His academic excellence

His hi-tech expertise, in particular the internet

His team spirit

Must not only select these objectives, but also the examples that will illustrate the qualities on which you wish to place special emphasis.

2. Prepare your interviews until you are blue in the face

adequately prepared the contents but not enough to avoid giving the impression that it sounds overly prepared.

3 Plead you case with eloquence!

See whether you are a communicator.

1. Prepare answers for each of the questions

2. Put passion into what you’re saying because it will give you that extra something to make you stand out from the rest

Main mistakes:

1 inconsistencies and too ego-centric

2. to try to fool the interviewer

3. don’t be apologetic on a weakness. It’s a weakness, period.

Don’t be nervous about interview. the interviewer is very nice.

Could you give me some hints for this kind of question? By the way, did the interviewer give you chance to ask him/her question? If so, what kind of question is appropiate?
