对于obtaining 和to obtain OG的解释是 the infinitive subject to obtain suggests that obtaining an investment grade rating is an objective in and of itself, not a means to achieve the desired benefits.这个解释我不是很清楚有NN解释一下to obtain 和obtaining 的区别的吗？谢谢

我个人觉得to be 这里更多是表目的的意思，也就是翻译出来就是“为了获得。。。将会保持。。。保护。。和增长”。但是原文不是想表达这个意思，原文是想说（通过）获得啥将会咋样，也就是说在这句的主语，即ing短语表示的是一种能产生结果（will后面的）的行为方式（obtain rating）。
