标题: 请教几道题目

答案是D，错选了A。
上来就把DE的一般现在时scope out掉了，虽然their指代有歧义，但根据意思应该是可以指代wolves的。
那问题就出在时态上，为什么不能用完成时？是不是这里其实用完成时也是可以，但是GMAT在两种时态都可以的情况下Prefer一般现在时？

答案是E，错选了D。
这句话有点没搞明白，觉得D的语法没有问题啊，DE的意思区别到底在哪儿？

如果单看语法
D像没说完整，后面主句少了V动词
the rules that govern local political contributions are less stringent than national contributions.
that后面都是modifier~~
看语义本来的对比被distort了
成了
the rules ：national contributions.
BTW 大全有很多争议
个人感觉大全的题没有官方的库好~~~

Dthat从句结构没问题，谓语是govern。d项比较不对等，把rule和contribution比较。另外楼主大全题目不好，一开始尽量不要做，等熟悉sc规则后可用来检验复习成果。不然容易被带偏。

我比较奇怪的是这道题为啥要用一般现在时，难道现在完成时不可以么？

我咋觉得govern是that从句的谓语，不是rules的谓语，rules的谓语我觉得是are
比较对象不对等发现了，谢谢了！主要还是这半句比较绕啊...

G主张简洁
当简单时态可以表达清楚意思时候不需要用复杂时态~

我觉得有争议，这里
govern怎么能是rules的V动词，那前面那个that是在做什么功能？
有在一个完整句子里给SUBJECT和谓动之间直接加个THAT的么
