99.According to a 1996 study published in theJournal of Human Resources, Americans of Middle Eastern descent were twice aslikely as was the national average to be self-employed.
A as was the national average to beself-employed
B√ as the average American to be self-employed
C as the national average that they would beself-employed
D to be self-employed than was the averageAmerican
E that they would be self-employed than wasthe national average

记得在manhattan语法的idioms里特地有提到average这个用法,A选项 as( was )the average national to beself-employed 这样就是正确的 当然was略显wordy,可以删。
