看了以前的帖子对于各个选项的问题基本已经明确，就是还有一个问题望大神解答，C选项存在比较对象不对等的问题吗？

沙发还是我另外一点就是their 逻辑上指代people 语法上指代fatty foods 可不可以看作一个错误？

个人看法供参考

1. Although这种句子，哪怕是and并列的句子，并非都是要求一定要主语/对象一样，只有在表示比较的含义的时候才是要求比较的对象一致。本题含义方面是在表示转折和对比而非比较。这也是为啥不能因为主语不一样就排除B选项。主语一样最好，但不代表一定不能不一样。

2. 关于their的指代问题，的确可能存在企业，读下来感觉their是可以去指fatty foods的，尤其是参考语法结构

退一步讲，因为people出现的是BY the people in France, 感觉曼哈顿语法的讲解这种指代的情况几乎没有，句中出现两个名词，一个是主语，一个是介词短语里面的一部分，如果这个介词intend去指介宾短语里面的，基本都不对（但反过来不一定是，就是说不一定指代主语的就一定对...指代判断还是比较模糊的概念）
