这里的平行时划线句，a rally..,and a weakening并列，都是属于名词型式的，A是分词，排除
C是语法对意思错

而D和E：the phraseinterest rates being lowered is awkward. 当时他们是不是也属于名词？除了啰嗦以外语法上对嘛
