这道题正确选项是E，我想问的是B，虽然我很快排除了B，但是看到CD语法笔记里的解释不懂一个错误点：第一个one就近指代a course of action没问题(相当于同位语，后接同位语从句)；第二个ones指代的是signs，而不是signs of incipient trouble(one是核心词指代，且为泛指)

为什么第一个one 就是指代a course of action，它既然是核心词指代，为什么不是只指代a course？就像第二个ones只指代signs 一样？
