对D的解释中提到：consumed in France and the United States中 the United States前要加in

那么为什么B中people in France and the United States 中 the United States前就不用加in呢？

求人解答一下

我也刚做了这道题，个人认为D的问题不是加不加in的问题, in在这种情况下可以被省略的。
D的错误应该是the rate of fatty foods的逻辑表达错误。句意想表达的不是两个国家foods的rate的比较，而是consuming foods的rate的比较，所以D和E的错误雷同，都是比较错误，逻辑含义变化~

是嘛那就是prep的解释有误喽因为解释上说D要加in的所以就奇怪为啥B不用加
