标题: 求解曼哈顿一道题目
这个是平行的例题：

12这里去掉have been为什么不对了 ?

13题在the travails前为什么要加and？不是多个平行，and放在最后一个element前嘛以及who前面加and后不是意义改变了？

我改的是the travails。。。men and women who...，and 这样对吗

15题改变了not位置，不太懂

各位大神帮忙解答一下谢谢

12题是平行，句子结构是: Tobacco companies, which .......,but which....., face an uncertain future.
which.....but which.....是两个TC的非限定性定语从句平行，结构上要平行，所以前面两个which都不能省略.

改正

这道题是大平行里套小平行。结构是： Voters want to elect a president WHO cares about HC, the E, and the T (men and women), and Who has E, W, and S......
楼主那样改不对哈，SC里的平行不单单要求结构平行，句意也要平行，楼主那样改就破坏了这句话里原本想表达的句子意思啦~

如果不加have been shaken结构就不对啦
TC，which shaken by a ......
你看，我们都认同这里的which 是要加的吧，引导的是一个非限定性定语从句
which 指代 TC
如果是不加 have been shaken. which引导的定语从句中就缺少了动词
姑且先不考虑是一般过去式还是一般现在完成时（是用 have been done 还是 be done）
TC shaken by a ....这个肯定错，少谓语
TC was shaken by a...

从语义的角度来说，TC, shaken by XXX，过去分词作后置定语修饰TC，可以认为shaken by XXX 是一个大形容词修饰TC, 这样一简化的话，语义上面可以看成是被shaken的TC, but which xxx. 这样的话就是凭空冒出来了一个but，和前面没有关系。

Hence, if you use shaken or which was shaken, the sentence will suggest that the negative effects has gone and the tabacco industry is energetic again. The sentence will sound like this: I feel good now in one place but I feel good in some other place. However, the word but will make no sence in such a condition. Only in such a circumstance that the industry suffers in some place and（I deliberately use and） enjoy a happy time in another place can justify the word BUT. In conclusion, in order to make the comparision, you must highlight the fact that impact of the bad news strenches into present and use present perfect.
TOTALLY personal view and be CAUTIOUS for it may be WRONG
