1.我之前貌似看到过，so that 连用，后面表做sth的目的。所以感觉several attempts to revise corporate strategies have failed to correct it。不是目的，所以不选ab。
2.in that表示原因，一般指的特殊性原因。
3.that的先行词应该是troubles 这个句子The computer company's present troubles（ that several attempts to revise corporate strategies have failed to correct ）are a result of technological stagnation, marketing missteps, and managerial blunders
