For the farmer who takes care to keep them cool, providing them with high-energy feed, and milking them regularly, Holstein cows are producing an average of 2,275 gallons of milk each per year.

B.providing them with high-energy feed, and milked regularly, the Holstein cow produces

我在做的时候选的是A，答案是E。主要纠结在于选项的前半部分主语和划线句子之前的逻辑关系，感觉挺奇怪的。大家帮忙解答一下吧，谢谢啦

1 首先，我感觉providing...和milking 的修饰有歧义，显而易见这里的doing是做动词性的修饰，如果向前修饰从句中的take cares to keep them cool的话，提供粮草和挤奶跟keep them cool没有任何的关系！（别说是跳过who定语从句修饰farmer，如果都是take care的话，直接跟keep并列就好了，没有必要用providing 和milking）如果向后修饰 cows are producing 的话，显然逻辑主语出现了问题，并不是奶牛给自己提供粮草。
2 在这里provided milked 来做名词性修饰，就近修饰cow 说了什么样的奶牛能产奶。同时对应keep 的形容词性的修饰
who take cares to keep them cool
who take cares to keep them provided with....
who take cares to keep them milked regularly
三者并列，所以and milked 前面加了逗号，要是简单的修饰后面的cows 我想and前面不加逗号更好。但无奈这里跟cool是平行的

首先看主谓，主语是Holstein cows 而不是the farmer。接下来就是动作的发出者，以及平衡。cows可以provide...或者milk么？不能，所以在这里过去分词明显优于现在分词，B和C再平衡方面也有问题。此外，A和C的时态也是错误的， are producing...per year。
最后剩下D和E，看未划线部分代词“keep them cool"，因此应该是Holstein cows而不是the Holstein cow

如果这句话翻译成中文应该怎样讲呢？For在这里表原因还是表目的？

大意应该是
每年每只Holstein cow能够生产2275加仑牛奶，如果农民伯伯们能够使他们保持凉爽，喂食优质饲料，并且定期挤奶。
非要看for在这里的作用，我觉得勉强算是原因，或者条件（即这种奶牛在何种情况下能够达到这个产奶量）
