看到第一个选项就排除了，education and job training 为什么能联想到和经济增长有关？如果真的有关的话，也是regulations间接导致的啊？反而是支持了啊

我不是牛人哈，说说我自己的看法。我觉得这是典型的说还有其他原因的啊。。就是前边说很奇怪的事实（那些经济最屌的国家环境限制也最严），然后就说其实这个事实并不是说明环境法规能促进经济增长，是因为。。他意思就是你接一句其他能促进经济增长的就好了啊，你加的只是加强（或者说解释）他前半句的而已。然后促进经济增长的因素，不就是那几个么，投资，消费，教育，提高生产率什么的
