标题: 关于比较句型
看08笔记第218题后面的解释举的两个例子有点没弄清。
OG10-19 rice has a protein higher in quality than does wheat(没有does的选项是错误的)
GWD-20-24 wild animals have less tatal fat than livestock feed on grain......
我怎么觉得两个句子的结构是一样的呢？比较的都是主语的属性，为什么一个有does一个省略？请大家指教。

如果没有does的话会有歧义--- protein和wheat的比较，（虽然有点牵强）

GWD-20-24 wild animals have less tatal fat than livestock feed on grain......
这个可以认为fat和livestock不能比较，所以可以省略助动词。

我怎么觉得两个句子的结构是一样的呢？比较的都是主语的属性，为什么一个有does一个省略？请大家指教。

应该是这样吧，解释得挺清楚的,非常感谢。不过关于比较句型又发现一个不能理解的。。。
Only seven people this century have been killed by the great white shark, fewer than have been killed by bee stings.此处不能改成fewer than those killed by bee stings因为比较对象是逗号前的所有。
More babies were born to women over the age of thirty than under it.这个句子的比较对象也应该不只是babies而是More babies were born to women over the age of thirty，但是为什么可以省略were born to women?感觉主谓结构没有平行。

Only seven people this century have been killed by the great white shark, fewer than have been killed by bee stings.此处不能改成fewer than those killed by bee stings因为比较对象是逗号前的所有。
这么改如果没有上面那句也可以接受，不过时态改变导致了含义上有点改变。

More babies were born to women over the age of thirty than under it.这个句子的比较对象也应该不只是babies而是More babies were born to women over the age of thirty，但是为什么可以省略were born to women?感觉主谓结构没有平行。
这句的话省略之前是More babies were born to women over the age of thirty than were born to women under it. 因为were born to women已经在前半句出现过了，而且省略了完全也可以脑补，且不会产生歧义，删了也就删了/color]

我也是觉得用those是对的，因为省略规则和第二句是一样的。但是语法笔记的解释比较前后结构应该相同。我觉得按时态解释也有道理。谢谢你哈
