为什么A对E不对？more than all the North American Great Lakes combined.是fresh water的同位语吗？（记忆中只有三种同位语结构啊……n,each,with）

more than all the North American Great Lakes combined比较的对象是20 percent of the world's fresh water，water is more这是可以的。
但是E中，More than all the North American Great Lakes combined比较的对象变成Siberia's Lake Baikal，变成 all the North American Great Lakes与Siberia's Lake Baikal相比的话，就不能用more than了，可以是bigger than或者larger than，但肯定不可能是more than。Lake is more肯定是不对的。
