A. Like不能用于举例；compared with将countries和fertility rate比较，exceed较fertility rate与

Southeast Asia neighbors比较，比较对象均不对等，未划线部分compared with的宾语是densely

populated countries，所以划线部分的主语只能是the Philippine nation，而不能是fertility rates。

B. Like不能用于举例；exceed较fertility rate与Southeast Asia neighbors比较，比较对象均不对等

C. compared with将countries和fertility rate比较，比较对象不对等

E. 正确。

就答案c  d 我觉得比较是对等的呀，就c 而言说的是不是就是 rates are exceeding those(rates) of all its neighbors 这答案我就觉得时态有问题
                                                      而 d 我怎么读都是    p nation's rates  exceed  all those (rates)of all its neigbors
                     我觉得坐在理由可能很显然  但是我就是觉得是比较是对等的。

LZ重心抓错了吧，这道题明显考察的就是比较对象可比，但是可比的是国家和国家：
even when compared with densely populated countries like Thailand and Indonesia, the Philippine nation's fertility rates ....
由于划线前面已经提到了和这些泰国等国家比，那么后面句子主语一定得是国家啊，不能是rates的啊。所以只能选择E。
