c选项很奇怪，但不知道具体哪里出了问题。
至于正确选项d，there具体指代什么，是generalization吗？

这道题我想了几天了，一直没人答，我试试吧。
首先这句话写的很拧吧，真别扭。反正我肯定不这么写。

这么些不就得了？
但是题还是题，选项就算矬子里拔大个也得选一个相对比较好的。
上来AB秒死： of后面不接类似句子的结构。
C用generalization of little that is significantly different结构冗余，这里little后面接定语从句，little一定是名词。n+that is adv. adj.结构冗余，写成adv. adj. N，也就是significantly different little.C死。
DE我也无法区分。

e选项主要是因为differences是复数，不能与little搭配。

用的是Little of，说明little不是形容词，否则不可能用of，直接little differences就好了。
所以E中little是名词，名词理论上是可以用little of形式的。
用differences是复数不与little搭配好像无法作为排除E选项的方法。

There be句型中there是有指代的，指代的是后面表示“地点”的介词。
因为there be是倒装结构，主语是be后面的名词。但是一般也不好把介词放在主语的位置，所以把there放在句首做形式主语。例如：
There is a book on the desk.倒装
A book is (there) on the desk.正常。there其实就是on the desk.
There不止可以表示实际的地点，也可以表示抽象的“地点”：
There is typo error in this article.

恩~
形式上是有指代的（但一般不需要再去找antecedent）
就跟it做形式主语或者形式宾语一样（我们知道一般这个it指代什么结构，但是默认木有指代~）
