这题b加了that不是bs比较靠近，that后面不是更加修饰bs了吗
如果是the a of b that 那这个that修饰a还是b呢，请问
求NN指导！！！！

我要是没记错这是我第三次回答类似问题了，说明你要善于使用搜索功能啊！
such as BS是个插入语，不做句子成分，主句中的that不可以代指一个插入语中的名词（因为必须保证插入语拿掉句子意思不变）。
如果按照你的理解，that代指BS的话，such as Bethlehem Steel前后就不应该有逗号。

A of B that结构需要看句子的具体逻辑意思决定，没有概论。
I am the only one of all students who studies hard.
I am one of all students who study hard.
