答案选的E，为什么不是C呢，E的意思感觉并没有让Runagians over 65摆脱财政困境额。。。

C的选项说这些老人买的东西的inflation涨的特别快
但是题干里面已经明确说了Inflation in the intervening period has been negligible
即便涨得快，仍然是negligible
所以应该排除

E选项说老人们本来是由自己的孩子提供财务支持，但是孩子们也仅仅提供支持到保证他们生活舒适的水平；现在老人们自己有钱了（政府的补贴），那相应地孩子们给的支持也会变少，老人们整体财务状况没有变更好。
