Researchers have found that when very overweight people, who tend to have relatively low metabolic rates, lose weight primarily through dieting, their metabolisms generally remain unchanged. 答案是A。不懂consume和burn有何区别？

我懂你的纠结，我也纠结了好久。看答案的意思，consume在这里应该是吃进去东西的吃，burn才是燃烧消耗卡路里。所以才会出现解释的 consume fewer卡路里是吃的少的意思。

不对，应该吃的多 burn的少才能胖回去啊。consume和burn难道是一个意思？那不是重复一遍了有何意义？
