标题: 中文本科，三年工作经验，申请MBA可以吗？
麻烦斑竹及其他大侠帮我分析一下。我是中文系本科毕业，毕业以后就没怎么务本专业，跟着老爸做自己的公司，主要是化工产品的产销。因此没有什么大公司的比较系统的管理经验。现在我想去美国读研，不知道走MBA的途径是否可行。

我们的公司现在还处于初级阶段，主要的业务只有几个人负责而且互不干涉。

对于MBA要求的ability of leadership，我在issue里该如何表述呢？请大侠指教。

i'm in sort of the same situation as you. i took care of family business in my part time. pls keep in mind that leadership doesn't necessarily mean something big. you don't have to be a CEO of a MNC to have leadership. it's something deepdown in your heart. for someone who runs a family business, there're many more chances to demonstrate leadership than those who work in a MNC.

schools might have different definitions to leadership. but in the end, it all boils down to visions for where the business should go, ability to motivate others and to achieve results through execution.

接下来，我们能不能探讨一下“小型家族企业”工作经验的非本专业申请人，

申请赴美留学时的通过率会有多大。

对于这些申请人来说，应该在ps里着重表现什么。
