标题: 杜兰14MSF求合租小伙伴
大家好！楼主是14年入学MSF的女生，现在求妹子一枚合租三人间。

房子已经找好啦，3 bedroom 2 bathroom还带一个study room. 房子大约是1600 ft. 楼层是一楼（但是绝对不是地下室楼主拍胸脯保证）。价格是1800一套房，人均600 USD。如果房间大小差异大，可以按面积多少计算价格，所以大概是600上下浮动。这个价格是不包水电的，但是包含网费哟。
厨房里厨卫非常齐全，烤箱、微波炉、洗碗机、冰箱都有。并且有独立的洗衣机和烘干机。房子还自带PARKING！（这么美好的房子你们快点下手呀）房子楼主已经让现在在杜兰的小伙伴去看过啦，utilities都挺新的！房子离学校也很近步行13分钟就能到！

房东对住客要求还比较苛刻的，以下是房东邮件的原话
Please note, that my tenants have to follow certain rules and regulations, including: no parties allowed, only tenants are allowed to live on premises, no sorority/fraternity gatherings, no smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking on premises, no loud music or loud noises (no yelling, no screaming, etc.) on premises, nor permitting anything which could interfere with the rights, comforts and/or conveniences of other people (including our neighbors). By “on premises”, I mean both inside and outside of the apartment. Such rules apply to both tenants and their guests.
