essay 的题目： Evaluate a recent experience that required the use of your leadership skills.What effect has the experience had on your

personal and professional development?

不知这里说的对personal and professional development的影响，应该从哪些角度去分析？我的以下想法是否切题：

effect on personal development: 1）我的性格方面，（意志得到磨炼，面对困难的勇气得到提升）

2）加深了我对家庭的理解，改变了过去的想法（认为为了家庭而付出太多体现不出自己的价值）

effect on professional development:1)使我更加aggressive 2) 超越困难的欲望大大加强，因为超越能产生强烈的成就感

agreessive is not a very positive word, especially for some schools

Thank you Cranberry! However, I bet most schools want to see the aggressiveness in application. Actually what I mean here, to large extent, is " active". Do you have some other ideal words?

yes, you are right! Different dictionaries vary in their explanation. I think it is necessary to make some explanation if the word is used. What is your perspective to answer the effect in this essay?
