NOT ANY HAPPIER 与NO HAPPIER 的区别是什么？

很明显，一个是三个单词，另一个是两个单词；简洁性要求，选两个单词的。

不同点在B和C中:

1) cause > are the cause of
2) . weather conditions that cannot be foreseen>. unforeseeable weather conditions, 因为有情态动词cannot ,不行轻易改为形容词
3) than anticipated is idiom. we shall not use had anticipated.
