标题: 关于平行结构中的省略问题！！！！
在看Manhattan语法平行结构那章发现这一问题，其实之前也不懂。。。
比如这一句Many teachers choose to seek employment in the surburbs rather than [to] face low salaries in the city. 答案中没有to, 什么情况下省略！！
再如she argues that the agency acts with reckless abandon and with disregard for human life and property, and that it should therefore be shut down. 蓝色标记的with可以省略吗？

没有歧义的情况下可省略。
she argues that the agency acts with reckless abandon and with disregard for human life and property, and that it should therefore be shut down。后面那个with不能省略。如果去掉了可能会造成argue或其他东西和diregard的平行
