看之前的帖子都在纠结D说是看到后面and的并列就应该选A。
想问一下为什么不选E。并列跟A是一样的。。。

我也做这道····错了~~~是动词平行·····provided和may force 平行····
话说我选的是C~~~c的明显错误是不是may和possibly重复啊····

且不说as well as 用来替代and准确不准确，但has provided肯定是不妥的，因为这并不是个持续不断的过程。

C的错误，首先它错误的附加了个状语从句，改变了句子的本意。其次，occurred在这里用的十分不符合科学逻辑。

E出现last year，用一般过去时。 E时态错误

may 和possibly可以在同一个句子里吗？感觉may 和possibly 重复就排除了
