纠结于B和E，最终还是选了B，为什么B不对E对呢？求解大家~

原文的观点是只能在轨道上修，所以要派宇航员去修。
B说卫星不可缺，但电脑也要用。
E说修还不如送新的划算。

我理解的b的意思是虽然卫星不可缺少，但有别的方法可以弥补，来为天气预报员提供天气信息。就算没有卫星也可以完成这个目的。这个不算削弱结论成立的可能性吗？求教~

原文说了卫星不可缺少，明确了无法替代，需要用到电脑不代表可以代替卫星。
