第一题，如果你选了D，那就是句子本末倒置了，就是说把作修饰用的状语部分变成了主句。

第二题，as这里引导方式状语从句，无论在句首还是句尾，它都可以采用as+助动词+主语的倒装结构。给你另一个例句：Short-term memory is weakened, as are abilities to make decision and to concentrate.
