MACC真的是个人就能进四大，而且location几乎随便挑，因为已经经过了本科会计和进MACC两轮筛选了，每轮都不容易。所以MACC里的150人水平都不差。对，international student能进MACC就99%有offer。

big 4 policy for you should be the following: filing starts after you gain 4yrs of experience and gain EB-2 eligibility. you are Chinese so you'll wait for another 5 years. So you'll be lucky to get green card in 9 years.

PwC会给所有工作了四年的员工申请绿卡吗？我听说EY只给senior manager申请，没升到senior manager就不会申，只能跳槽去别的愿意给你申的公司~~~

4 year is a time designed to legally retain you as a big 4 employee. They HAVE to apply green card for you following that timeframe (4yr+masters degree or 5yr+undergrad only). Your H-1b (too bad if you don't have it so far, can't get one without going through a lottery system. Your chance is around 50%) is only good for 6 years. Please note these facts. I don't see MBB as better than Big 4. It all depends on what you want to do to choose between MBB and Big 4.
