(A) of less than two hundred and fewer

(B) lower than two hundred and less

(D) fewer than two hundred and less（A）

(E) of fewer than two hundred and of fewer

为什么选a啊。前面a total population 也是可数的，要不怎么有a呢。后面two hundred 也是可数没有道理用less阿

population dollar mile 这些都是可数的比如dollars miles 但这些表数量单位的的可数名词都用 less修饰
