这好像是虚拟语气的用法，if 被省略了。可以看做 If it(dollar) not had been for the government's huge budget deficit, that prediction would not have adversely affected the dollar. 楼主觉得这样是对的理解吗？作者: cinderellahjy 时间: 2014-1-30 15:11
