逻辑紧密型独立主格——with 型独立主格，形式为:
由“with＋宾语＋宾补”构成的复合结构，在句中可作状语，表示伴随，修饰就近名词或主谓或整个句子，一般with后面noun与preceding clause的主语相关（但不绝对~！！如下第一个例子）。这一结构中的宾语补足语可由现在分词、过去分词、形容词、副词或介词短语等来充当。
Visitors to the park have often looked into the leafy canopy and seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs hanging like socks on a clothesline.
There are many industries in California vital to its economy, with technology being one of the most important.(很难得的with…being…不是冗余的例子)

我自己的理解：独立主格都跟他修饰的逻辑主语有关系，SVO，with这样的结构很像分词做状语的结构，SVO,VING;这个时候要根据句子意思判断是修饰动作还是整个句子吧？
