In an effort to reduce teir inventories, Italian vintners have cut prices;their wines have been priced to sell, and they are

(A) have been priced to sell, and they are
(B) are priced to sell, and they have
(C) are priced to sell, and they do
(D) are being priced to sell, and have
(E) had been priced to sell, and they have

答案是C

对逗号后面没啥疑问，就是对A选项的现在完成时have been priced to sell有疑惑。这里用现在完成时对么？如果A项改成have been priced to sell, and they have，是不是就对了？

求前辈解惑。

我是小白，看了千行的解释，助动词的补出原则是前后动词的形式要一致。
我觉得A，have been priced to sell, and they are
补全是不是：have been priced to sell, and they have been sold.? 如果是这样那sold也应该补出来。
时态的话，我不太敢确定，等大神！

哦，了解了。不能用现在完成时have been priced to sell，因为前面是have cut prices，cut prices必然发生在be priced to sell之前，所以只能是一般现在时are priced to sell。

先贴上关于省略的解释（Ron）省略句---后半句加上前半句被省略的词必须make sense。★The most important rule of ellipsis省略: If you omit a word in a sentence, that word must have already appeared in the sentence. 只可以是前半句出现过的词。
所以改成have也不对，因为have后面需要补出的是sold但是前半句没出现。
另外：时态的问题请不要纠结啦。只要把握住两点：用简单的时态可以表达的意思不需要用复杂时态；作者使用的原时态没有问题不要随便改。（其实这里用动词补出直接就可以得到选项了）
最后一个小tips：正确选项永远是正确的（不要去质疑它的正确性，如果你觉得它是错了那必然是你还有一些地方没有想明白）；错误选项也永远是错的（不要去问如果我把XX改了是不是这个选项就对了的问题）

they do sell 这个是正确的，是因为they 是wines 然后sell是作为系动词所以make sense 么？

我从另一个角度解释，A中and连接的应该是一个句子，但是are后面没有表语，说明是省略了。之后就是用句意理解了，选出C其实不难。
