我想问下这里红色部分不用have been呀，后面不是to...and to...么？

agreement是主语和谓语搭配

谢谢。但一般宾语需不需要保持一致呢？
然后这种主系表结构，主语，系动词是单数，表语是复数，有这种情况吗？
